Jamie Meerdink joined PTNY in January as a Project Coordinator. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Jamie received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and a master’s degree in public policy from Northwestern University. Jamie brings experience in organizing, planning, and legislative advocacy. Most recently, he worked at the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning, where he worked on a wide range of planning efforts. Prior to joining PTNY, Jamie and his wife lived in Chicago, where they enjoyed attending the theater, cheering on the Chicago Fire soccer team, and going to Lake Michigan beaches. Jamie loves the outdoors, especially when experienced on a bike, as well as reading, movies, and a variety of sports. (Fun fact: Jamie appeared on the NBC show Chicago PD as an extra – look for the paramedic in Episode 5, Season 1.)
Welcome to Christina Albino, our new communications intern. Christina is in her final year at The College of Saint Rose and will be graduating in May 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications in Public Relations and Advertising. Originally from Connecticut, she enjoys hiking at Sleeping Giant State Park in Hamden, Connecticut. Besides attending classes, interning and working at The Limited, Christina loves spending time with her friends and family. Other activities Christina couldn’t live without are baking, exercising, and laughing.
